Bradley Public Library District

 The Bradley Public Library Board of Trustees has appointed Library Director Jodie DePatis as the FOIA Officer.

A revised FOIA policy has been approved by the Bradley Public Library District Board of Trustees at their regular meeting on February 17, 2010.   The approved policy, request form, and organizational chart are posted below.  Paper copies may also be obtained at the Bradley Public Library on 296 N. Fulton Ave, Bradley.
