StoryTime is a program for children 3 -5 years of age.  There are two storytime classes to pick from:  Tuesday nights at 6:30 (bilingual) or Thursday mornings at 1000 a.m.  this program consists of storytelling at the beginning and a parent-assisted craft to follow.  Parents/guardians are required to stay for this program.  This program encourages the love of reading, learning to sit still, following directions, and practicing social skills.   Weekly registration is requested for this program, call the library for more information or to register your child.  Tuesday evenings program will be bilingual.

End: 5:45 pm

Join instructor L. Sue Durkin, author and publisher for this exciting class. Learn to let your imagination loose with writing exercises.  Learn the basics of short and long stories in a variety of genres.  Thursdays from 4:15 to 5:45 p.m.  Check calendar for dates.  Pre-registration is required.  Class size is limited.

Computer Club will meet on the 3rd Thursday at 4:30 p.m.  The club will consist of learning computer techniques, learning new websites, and typing skills.  Class size is limited.

Another Time and Place book discussion group meets every 4th Thursday of the month at 7:00 p.m.  Members are asked to read and be prepared to discuss the selected book for the month.  Books can be checked out or reserved at the Circulation Desk.  For further information contact the library at 815-932-6245
