The Bradley Public Library offers free tax forms.

  *Note:  The Bradley Library is waiting to receive the delivery of tax products to our location.  Throughout the months of January and February the library will be receiving shipments.  Be aware that not all forms/instructions will be on hand at the library.

Salvation Army Tax Form Preparation

Free help with tax preparation to low-income individuals earning less than $38,000 annually.

Help is available from 9 a.m. to noon and 1 to 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday in February.

 Same times Monday through Wednesday in March.

The free help will continue through April 13.  No appointments are necessary.

Taxpayers must bring phot ID, copies of W-2s and 1098 and 1099 forms,

Social Security numbers for all their dependents, and idealy a copy of last year's return.
